14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it – no questions asked. This applies to Race Pass, to the first payment of RaceDayCast Plus, and to each renewal of Plus (counted from the renewal date).

How to ask for a refund

Email support@racedaycast.com with the email address you used for the purchase, or reply to your receipt from Paddle. Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. The money goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Cancelling RaceDayCast Plus

You can cancel at any time. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again. After the 14 days, we don't refund the rest of a period you have started – unless the law where you live says otherwise, or we close your account or stop the plan without a breach on your part.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the access it gave ends. Your account, settings and saved times are kept.
